Coffee comes in different flavours and processes. Our most popular booking is our freeflow Espresso Bar (coffee machine at your event). We also cater for more intimate events with our Drip Coffee Bar.

Service Fee + Barista Team Rate (hire duration, set up, travel) + Menu Package

Service (& Transport) Fee $300 Flat Rate
Included: wooden white cart, coffee machine hire, transport, tax. We maintain a Food Business Licence and Public Liability Insurance for our clients peace of mind.

Barista Team (weekday/weekend & Group Size) $90-$195 per hour
We bring a warm and experienced barista team to handle everything from bar set up, taking drink orders from your guests, crafting delicious coffee, and efficiently bumping out. We prioritise hygienic food practices in how we handle and store our ingredients. Staffed (two to four) to your event size and duration.

Barista Hire (weekday/weekend) $55-$65 per hour
Leave the coffee catering to a warm and experienced barista. They will handle the set up, take drink orders from your guests, craft delicious coffee, and efficiently bumping out. We prioritise hygienic food practices in how we handle and store our ingredients. Most suitable for small event sizes under 50 persons.

Drip Coffee Menu Package $77 per Hour
Included: everything needed for a smooth bar service from cups, lids, milks, drip coffee beans, straws, coffee condiments. Non-coffee flavoured drink options included seasonally (see menu listed below).

- Applicable to bookings of continuous or back-to-back days, where our cart can remain as it is overnight.
- Invoice payment settled four weeks ahead of earliest booking date(s).
